I’m not sure if it’s just me, but in the last few weeks I’ve been noticing a lot more dishes and recipes around containing seaweed. This makes me very excited, as seaweed is not only delicious wrapped around fresh sushi or integrated into a fantastic Asian dish, but it is also brilliant for your health. One of the main reasons for this is its Iodine content, it’s packed full of the mineral. Read more
